Early History
It was the early years of the newly formed government in Afghanistan when the management of at present HSP established its operations as a HDPE, High Density Polyethylene Pipe producers and suppliers in Herat, Afghanistan under the name of Mumtaz Polyethylene Company.
Mumtaz Polyethylene Company begun its business with a purchase of two HDPE production lines, with raising demand of polyethylene pipe products and the increase in the infrastructure development and construction projects in the country the management of mumtaz polyethylene choose to increase its production facilities with a purchase of three more HDPE production.
Establishment of High Standard Pipe Company
It was the year 2008 when the executive partners and managements of mumtaz Polyethylene Company decided to launch its operation in the capital of the country Kabul, Afghanistan under a new business name today known as High Standard Pipe Company, A name which will represent quality and reliability.
High Standard Pipe Company with five HDPE operational production facilities already in hand and three newly bought most modern PVC production lines continued its production activities in an efficient and effective manner, it is since then that the company is continuously making progress and increasing its capabilities and production capacities and is striving towards success.
Today High Standard Pipe Company owns seven HDPE production facilities, eight PVC production facilities, one PPR-C production facility and a testing laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art modern testing equipments and apparatus to ensure our ongoing product excellence.
